Это означает следующее:
- приоритетные мелкие пакеты не являются регистрируемым почтовым отправлением и на всем пути следования пересылка осуществляется без поименной приписки к сопроводительным документам;
- выдача такого отправления производится без выдачи квитанции и вручается (доставляется) адресатам без расписки;
- РУП «Белпочта» снимает ответственность за потерю или задержку посылки при доставке приоритетным мелким пакетам.
Просьба учитывать указанные особенности при оформлении заказа и выборе способа доставки. Мы рекомендуем внимательно проверять правильность адресации вашего заказа перед оформлением покупки.

We inform you about important changes in the International postal delivery Rules. According to the new version of the Rules of provision of public postal services, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 575 dated 22.10.2025, the “registered small packet” has been excluded from the list of international postal items. The orders sent in a small packet outside the Republic of Belarus will now be forwarded as a trackable small packet.
This means the following:
- priority trackable small packets are not registered postal items and throughout the entire route the forwarding is carried out without nominal registration to the accompanying documents;
- delivery of such postal item is carried out with the issuance of a receipt and is handed over (delivered) to the addressees without a signature;
- liability for loss, damage or delays in delivery within the framework of the Acts of the Universal Postal Union is not provided.
Please take these particulars into account when placing your order and choosing a delivery method. We recommend to carefully check the accuracy of your order’s addressing before completing your purchase.
